- News tips and industry announcements.
- Product launches.
- Manufacturer or supplier updates.
- Industry event information.
- Interview opportunities.
- Technical information or expert commentary.
- Suggestions for future articles, reviews or buying guides.
Submitting information does not guarantee publication. Editorial decisions remain at the discretion of HeatInk.

Press releases should be relevant to the garment decoration, custom apparel, printwear, promotional products or associated technology industries.
Where possible, please include:
- A clear headline.
- A concise summary.
- The full announcement.
- Publication date or embargo information.
- Company contact details.

- Approved images, logos or supporting documents.

HeatInk may edit submitted material for length, clarity, accuracy, style and relevance.
Requesting a Correction
HeatInk is committed to correcting significant factual errors promptly and transparently.
If you believe that published content contains an error, please provide:
- The URL of the relevant page.
- The headline or title of the content.
- A clear description of the information you believe is incorrect.
- The corrected information.
- Supporting evidence or reliable sources where available.
- Your name, organisation and contact details.
Providing complete information helps us investigate the matter efficiently.
What Happens After a Correction Request?
When a genuine correction request is received, HeatInk may:
- Review the published content.
- Check the original sources and supporting evidence.
- Contact the person or organisation making the request.
- Seek clarification from relevant third parties.
- Correct, update, clarify or retain the content as appropriate.
Submitting a request does not automatically mean that a correction will be made. Changes will be based on the available evidence and our editorial judgement.
Types of Changes
Depending on the circumstances, HeatInk may make:
- Minor corrections for spelling, grammar, formatting or small factual details.
- Clarifications where wording is accurate but may be misunderstood.
- Substantive corrections where important factual information is wrong.
- Updates where circumstances have changed since publication.
- Retractions or removals in exceptional circumstances.
Correction Notices
Minor changes may be made without a separate correction notice.
Where a correction materially changes the meaning of an article, HeatInk may add a note explaining what was changed and when.
We aim to be transparent without unnecessarily drawing attention to minor typographical amendments.
Requests to Remove Content
HeatInk does not normally remove accurate editorial content solely because it is inconvenient, outdated or receives negative attention.
Removal requests will be considered where there are legitimate legal, privacy, safety, copyright or factual concerns.
Where appropriate, content may be updated, anonymised, corrected or restricted instead of being removed completely.
Right of Reply
Where an article includes significant criticism or disputed claims about an identifiable organisation or individual, HeatInk may offer a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Responses may be included within the original article, published as an update or considered for separate coverage.
Product and Manufacturer Information
Manufacturers and suppliers are encouraged to notify us when product specifications, availability, ownership, contact details or other factual information changes.
Please provide supporting evidence, such as an official product page, technical document or company announcement.
Updating factual records does not guarantee changes to independent reviews, ratings, opinions or buying guide recommendations.
Industry Event Updates
Event organisers may contact HeatInk to report changes to:
- Dates.
- Venues.
- Opening times.
- Ticket information.
- Exhibitors.
- Speakers.
- Cancellations or postponements.
Please include a link to the official event announcement wherever possible.
Copyright and Image Concerns
If you believe that text, photography, artwork, branding or another asset has been used without permission, please contact us with:
- The URL where the material appears.
- A description of the material.
- Evidence that you own or represent the relevant rights.
- Your preferred resolution.
HeatInk will investigate genuine copyright and licensing concerns promptly.
Advertising and Sponsorship Enquiries
For banner advertising, sponsored content, campaign opportunities, lead generation or commercial partnerships, please use the advertising enquiry route.
Commercial enquiries are handled separately from independent editorial decision-making.
Further information is available in our Advertising Policy.
Response Times
We aim to acknowledge genuine enquiries and correction requests within a reasonable period.
Complex matters may require additional time to investigate, particularly where technical evidence, legal issues or multiple parties are involved.
Please avoid submitting the same request repeatedly, as this may delay the review process.
Abusive or Misleading Submissions
HeatInk may decline to respond to communications that are:
- Abusive, threatening or discriminatory.
- Clearly spam or automated marketing.
- Fraudulent or deliberately misleading.
- Unrelated to HeatInk or the industries we cover.
- Repeated excessively after a matter has been addressed.
